My daughter has been going to Lund for 5 years. Our initial experience was great but it has gone down hill. Today, as my husband was standing in the lobby, they called me to reschedule my daughter’s appointment because they were 4 minutes late (not exaggerating, I looked at my computer). I don’t know how many times I have waited patiently past the appt time because they were running behind but 4 minutes and they refuse to see us.
