So comfortable and I sleep like a baby
Comfy bed. Great delivery
Very nice
Great mattress and friendly delivery drivers. Mattress arrived as expected and we received a phone call when they were 30 minutes from arriving.
床垫非常舒适
We recently purchased a mattress from Costco. Delivery time was spot on set up by the people who delivered the mattress was fantastic. They were very accommodating and helpful. The mattresses itself is nice firm and helps maintain your body in the form that it should be in. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase.
Business response:
Hello- We are elated to hear you are enjoying your new mattress! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and being a loyal Costco member.
Overall good
I have the firm type which is good for my back. I don’t have back aches no more.
Mattress not a firm as we wanted. Mattress shipped to California. Costco printed free removal of old mattress EXCEPT in Calif. Turned out there was a $15 fee . When I called to tell them I didn't have an old mattress Costco said they had to charge me anyway! Buyer beware.. I love Costco, but this was unfair and not "Costco-esque."
