I've been enjoying my mattress so far, i had to bought another mattress from Costco.com and was not happy, i would wake up with my back hurting in the morning. Once I switched to this mattress (Plush) I've had the best sleep in years! I paired it with an adjustable bed frame and they both compliment each other. I can see the benefits of the center body support. The delivery men also were in and out in less than 5 min! Very professional
Plush top makes this a medium mattress, not too firm for a side sleeper. We like it! With the foundation and on the frame it is 30” high, which is higher than we expected.
It is very firm with little softness. Probably should had gotten the plush model

This is a quality product, but the firm is super firm. For reference, I'm 5'5, 118 and a side sleeper. If you want a very, very firm mattress this may be the right choice, but far too firm for me. Thankfully, Costco has a great return policy and made it easy to return. Delivery and pickup were great.
Ordering and delivery was very smooth. Mattress is well made and comfortable. Quite firm.
If you need or want a really firm mattress, this is a good one. My first night's sleep was a bit uncomfortable, but I think it was my back finally adjusting to the support. For 14 nights, it became more and more comfortable and relieved some intense back issues I'd developed. I needed somewhat firm for my back but got plush top for my hips and arms since I’m mostly a side sleeper. I’m female 5’6” 148 lbs. my husband is 6’1” 220 lbs and it works for him too. We’ve had it over a month now and my back already feels better. I paid 2000 for my last bed, I like this one much better. Outstanding white glove delivery service also. It’s a big hit for me.
I was looking for a firm mattress but this is too firm. When I sleep on my side, it hurt my hips. In addition, the cal king size is not quite right as it is about 4-5 inches narrower than my bed frame. I guess it would really work for someone who is not choozy. My husband had no complains but he has no back issues and only sleeps on his back.
