Needed a new mattress nd just bought one on a whim. Delivery and take away were a big plus. Sleeping is very comfortable.
Business response:
Thank you for recognizing our commitment to quality and value. We’re glad your purchase met your expectations!
This bed is very, very comfortable and firm, exactly what I wanted.
We've been sleeping on this firm mattress for about a month, and it's been a very nice change. It's very comfortable, and that's the bottom line.
Business response:
Hello- We love hearing that your mattress is making a positive difference in your sleep.
I never ordered mattress where I was not able to lie on it first , so I thought I was taking a chance merely by reading reviews and going with my instinct . I couldn’t have been more pleased with this purchase - the quality is unsurpassed with high grade coils and great foam padding . I ordered the medium firm which was the best decision . Unfortunately, the firmness had no give to my body weight of 215 lbs. I could not get comfortable as a side sleeper. Also, the thickness, setting on the box springs, made it very difficult to get on and off the bed. My feet could not touch the floor while sitting on the side.
Business response:
We are sorry to hear that the mattress is not living up to your standards but are glad to report that the mattress has a ten-year warranty! Please contact our Customer Service team at (866) 660-7800. Thank you for being a loyal Costco member!
Comfortable and firm
Bed is comfortable and think it a good value.
Business response:
Hello- We appreciate your feedback and hope you continue to rest comfortably at the best value.
What an amazing find! We looked a several stores and landed on this brand/type. Decided to check Costco for price comparison. The bed is fantastic. Love the firmness and the built in pillow top. Just be aware, the bedsheets are hard to tuck in and they tend to pull up when sleeping on it. Need to find like extra extra deep sheets.
Comfortable and firm mattress. Happy with my purchase.
