Great product, met my expectations
We purchased the plush with a pillow on top. My husband has been sleeping through the night since our purchase. We both find it supportive and very comfortable.
I purchased this mattress ($1000) and it arrived on time as expected. It has met or exceeded our expectations. However, the mattress had dirt on one end and the fabric had a tear. We were able to cleanup the dirt, but we were unable to repair material. We enjoy shopping at Costco and the saving. In the future I may not purchase from the online depending on the item.

I originally purchased the firm version of this mattress since it had a pillow top. It was too hard and I woke up with sore shoulders and hips! So I decided after a month of sleeping on the mattress, I would return it and I decided to order the medium. Much better! The mattress is well made and the return of the firm mattress and the delivery of the new medium mattress was easy!

I don't understand why this mattress doesn't have a five star rating. I slept on the predecessor mattress to this one while visiting friends and it was truly the best mattress I think I've ever slept on. They bought it at Costco and gave me the info. I waited for the Labor Day sale, but by the time I got around to buying a mattress the model my friends bought had been discontinued and replaced by the Lincoln Heights model. It feels exactly the same as the other and is phenomenal! Delivery was super easy.
My old mattress had really broken down and was no longer giving me the support I needed, and I was having quite a few backaches. I decided it was time for a new one, but with so many different mattresses available, it was surprisingly difficult to figure out which one to buy. I knew I wanted a king-size mattress, and I thought medium firmness would probably be the best choice for me. GOOD PROCUCT. RECEIVED THE FIRM BUT AFTER SLEEPING ON IT A FEW NIGHTS WE FOUND THAT IT WAS NOT AS FIRM AS WE EXPECTED..
Excellent mattress, I did get the pillow top and I think it could be just a little softer in the pillow tapping
