My experience was good for the most part, the reason I am leaving 3 stars is due to the fact that they accidentally billed me almost double what they quoted me, and it took me weeks to get it back to the original quote.

They left quite a bit of a mess behind - leaves and sticks all over the yard. After we cleaned up the debris, we could see that their work was pretty descent. But I would be more clear about clean up if I hire them again.

I was referred by my neighbor. Lush Landscaping built a lovely privacy fence and screen for her property. I contacted Lush Landscaping for a quote and he came out and measured. He was a lovely person and I looked forward to working with him. However, I never received a quote for my privacy screen and I never heard from him despite reaching out a few times to check on the quote. I do not know what happened, but I am sad that he chose not to do my project.

I put a 50% deposit on a $6000 job to have some cleanup done in my backyard, and the front yard landscaped. Around the end of May, they came out and did the work, finishing up on June 10. No, it was not that big of a job - that's just how long it took them to complete the work. There were days when no one would even show up. My 'design' looked nothing like what is shown on their website.

I am deeply disappointed with the landscaper's work. The lack of attention to detail is evident in every corner of my yard. The plants they installed were of poor quality and are already dying. The hardscaping was done haphazardly, leaving uneven pathways and unstable features. Communication was atrocious, with promises unkept and phone calls ignored. This experience has been a complete waste of time and money. I would strongly advise against hiring this landscaper for any project.
