Just stayed 4 nights at Emerald Skye 62. Awesome views from top floor condo along with easy access to beach. Location is beyond convenient minutes from anything you need to buy or eat . Condo was just as advertised very clean and comfortable with all amenities. Definitely will be booking again !!

We have stayed at various properties through Luxury Gulf Rentals on several occasions and it's always been great! The condos we've rented have been clean and in excellent condition and the staff has been very helpful whenever we needed assistance. Of course the beach is amazing! I highly recommend Luxury Gulf Rentals!
Our third stay at Sanibel 1604 was as wonderful as the first two stays and we will be back. This Condo’s 16th floor spectacular view, cleanliness and it being so well stocked make it a great place to vacation. The beach is a short walk across the street, which being on the west end has very light traffic and a cross walk light. The Bedroom’s king and queen mattresses are new.
