It was a great experience. I was welcomed by a lady at the front desk. She let me get into the used items. I was specifically looking for a Steelcase chair. She showed me where the chairs were. I took the time to physically look and determine the chair that I wanted to buy. I decided to buy one. It was a great experience. I will be going in for any other items I need for my office. Had a great experience all the way around. The website was very helpful in determining what was available, so I had a good idea of what I wanted before traveling to the store. Once I was at the Cincinnati warehouse, Lou Anne was so helpful and extremely knowedgeable, and provided excellent advice and assistance.

Lou Anne did a great job working with me to provide pictures of some used desks and chairs for our additional office space. I needed 7 desks and chairs and could not find anything used, but Lou Anne suggested a new desk line that LW sells, and we quickly ordered the new desks and new chairs.
