My experience was great Sylvester (Assistant Service Manager was very professional and discussed the issues with my vehicle.
Service was excellent. However, I have a Camry LE, not an XLE.
Had an appointment and waited. It was not too long of a wait and the Service person was very pleasant.

The written communication through the Service representative to the actual mechanic is never without cost. In this case of my windshield washer failure came back as needing bumper removal and cost estimate around $500. Bumper removal is NOT required. The job was done at my local shop for $174.
