When I dropped my car off for service, which was to be done the following day, I was pleasantly surprised to be told technician could probably start on it that day. Issue with driver's side window resolved. Explanation of how iphone connects to car's hands free system was to my satisfaction. Tires were rotated and other items were checked with no issues present. All this was done the day before I expected it to happen. That was a great service to me.
