General experience was good, they told me that in one hour will be ready and they gave me the keys in one hour. Although they couldn't accommodate my request to return the car earlier (as it was just tire rotation) because I had to attend an important meeting.
Issue resolved in a timely matter.

Based upon the inspection of my car one month ago by a Fairfield County Toyota dealer, during routine check performed while car had oil change, I was informed that the front brakes of my Toyota Avalon would need replacement in about 3-4 months.
