The Toyota dealership treated me good. The vehicle was just in for some recalls. No service was done in that visit.
Jason was great and accommodating
Initially, the mechanic that serviced my car couldn't hear any grinding noises in my car, and he said there was nothing wrong. i DISAGREED The service manager got in my car and drove less than 15 feet an he heard the noise. I left the car for two hours and they fixed the problem. I'm satisfyed with the work they did.
