I am excited to give LSM a 5 star review. We had tenant with a furnace that went out in a cold spell. The part was 40 days out which posed a major problem. LSM found an alternative to the part that would take 4 days to come in. They expedited the part - it arrived the next day and they were out to the house fixing the furnace. The tenants are back in a warm house! Their service is superior!
