Lynette and her team took care of us like family! My wife and I knew we had equity in our house and that we wanted to use it, but just didn't know the best way forward. That's where Lynette came in and really just gave us a roadmap to where we wanted to go, it was literally an answer to our prayers. Every step of the way was super convenient and easy thanks to her team and we didn't even have to leave our home! Their use of the latest technology and their customer service is second to none!

Lynette was very professional and courteous. There were some bumps in the road to a mortgage but she was able to communicate the issues to me in a friendly way and with a reasonable explanation, as this was my first mortgage with her company. I was sometimes amazed at what the underwriters were asking for however, Lynette was great at communicating with me about what exactly was needed and the timeline in which the information was to be sent in. I would recommend Lynette to my friends.
