Lynette was very transparent with the entire process and the open communication was incredible. Even when it was weekend or after hours, she was always there to answer any of my questions or concerns RIGHT away. I never had to wait for an answer. Kept me calm during one of the more stressful processes I've ever been through, but looking back on it now, she made the process way less stressful than it could have been!
