This office could do much better considering their patients' time and review records prior to having them sit and wait to try and upsale for services at the last minute. All of this could've been taken care of with a few screening questions by their receptionist when I first called to make the appointment: • Are you a current patient? • When's the last time you came in? Dont go here. The current dentist is good if you have nothing wrong with your teeth... I've been going to this dental office for years. All of the good dentists have now left, there seems to be less patients and their open hours are minimal being that they are closed 3 days a week including the weekends. I went in the 1st of July because when I flossed sometimes I could get the floss between my teeth and sometimes I couldn't. Also had a crown fall off. Wow been a patient there over 3 plus years , always paid on time , I'm really disappointed in your refund process! You over charged me and it's been over a month in a half now ! I've been very patient to wait but now I'm fed up ! You are quick to collect money from patients and the insurance company but you are slow in giving their money back that you owe !
