This office could do much better considering their patients' time and review records prior to having them sit and wait to try and upsale for services at the last minute. Dont go here. The current dentist is good if you have nothing wrong with your teeth... I've been going to this dental office for years. All of the good dentists have now left, there seems to be less patients and their open hours are minimal being that they are closed 3 days a week including the weekends. I went in the 1st of July because when I flossed sometimes I could get the floss between my teeth and sometimes I couldn't. Also had a crown fall off. Wow been a patient there over 3 plus years , always paid on time , I'm really disappointed in your refund process! You over charged me and it's been over a month in a half now ! I've been very patient to wait but now I'm fed up ! You are quick to collect money from patients and the insurance company but you are slow in giving their money back that you owe ! Unacceptable billing practices. I was called and texted multiple times to confirm my appointment and each time I did. When I arrived for my appointment they told me my insurance had not been verified. I was given the option to reschedule or pay out of pocket and get reimbursed after my insurance was verified. Since I was already there and had taken the time off work I decided to pay out of pocket and was assured that a reimbursement would take 2-4 weeks. 6 MONTHS later I AM STILL WAITING for my reimbursement.
