Summary: Will be my first choice until I find a reason for it not to be. Of all the dentists I've been to, I like the feel of this place the most. Seems to be technologically up to date. Appointment reminders are very efficient. Billing is very transparent (you get all the costs and a diagram of what is the be fixed). The staff are professional and well mannered. They were good with reminders about appointments which is really convenient. Staff was great.
Honestly, the best experience that I've had in any dentist office. I had a cleaning done and got a whitening kit, but my experience was very thorough, learned a great amount of information, the dentist was extremely patient, and my teeth look better than they have ever looked prior. It's been 6 hours since I got them cleaned now and I'm still looking in the mirror smiling just because I can. I will be back without a doubt.
Kate was very professional and extremely knowledgable. She made me feel very comfortable. Happy to find a trusted Dentist in the area!
Kate is a wonderful dentist and person. She is very friendly and competent. All of the dental work she did for me has worked out fine. I never liked going to the dentist but I don't mind going to Kate's office. Her staff is great too.
I haven't been to the dentist in a long time, so I was initially a bit apprehensive about what the hygienists and dentist might say. They did a very thorough dental cleaning, x-ray exam, and also took pictures of my teeth gums from several angle in the hard-to-reach places (great for self-awareness of my cleaning practice!). Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and able to transmit knowledge so coherently.I have never been to a dentist that was so "up-to-date" in her system. The woman who did the cleaning and slides was wonderful, and went out of her way to explain what the slides exhibited. Thanks! Laurel Thompson
Walked in, sat in the chair, had x-rays taken, had a cleaning, no paperwork, out the door. Very efficient!
My x-rays, cleaning, and exam with Dr. Brayman were completely enjoyable - not easily said of most dentists!
