I absolutely love Kate Bryman's practice. The entire staff is pleasant, smiling and kind. I took my step daughter to get her teeth cleaned for the first time. Her first memorable experience with a dentist was completely positive. She had a great time and liked everyone. I decided to go on a LivingSocial deal, too. They have state of the art facilities. I feel confident they do the best job. Bonus: Kate Bryman does the art work on the walls, too! Super cool landscape oils. Much respect.

Very professional. No waiting. Intimate office. My only negative comment is that some bad news was given without much sympathy -- and in a slightly judgmental tone. But I appreciate that providers can and do have different approaches to "bedside care." And I am going back next week, for the deep cleaning/punishment that I deserve!

I don't normally write online reviews, but I wanted to be sure that no one else has the same terrible experience that I had. I went in for a teeth cleaning on July 20th. To be honest, the staff were very friendly but the service I received was not great. While I was having my teeth cleaned, I felt a burning sensation on my lower lip that was very painful. I've been using Brayman's service for several years. I live 100 miles away from this office but still regard it as worthwhile to use because of their acceptance of insurance that greatly reduces their fee. At my last visit, I was told that my fee would increase by a multiple of 17.5 because the dentist no longer accepts my insurance. I understand that the dentist has no obligation to accept the insurance, but she surely has an obligation to inform me of that decision before my arrival at the office. I visited Dr. Brayman several times. She is very pleasant but not competent. She continually tries to sell you services. In my case on one visit she suggested Invisalign. The next visit she no longer liked Invisalign and recommended a different company. I went to another dentist and a periodontist to see if straightening my lower teeth would be helpful. Both concluded that it would be dangerous to the underlying bone and gums. I am so glad that I did not follow her advice. Beware!!!
