RecommendedKevin Smith and his team, especially Kathy Connor, are excellent. I have had the unfortunate luck of being rear-ended twice in the last 4 years (both sitting at red lights). I have also had the fortunate experience of having Kevin Smith represent me in both cases. His team will go above and beyond to take care of you and advise you through the whole process. I hope I never have to call him again, but South Florida drivers have their own agenda so I probably will one day.

Overcharged rates, drag out time lines , looked at getting us 500k after all thier fees they settled for us $60k which we received less than $20k . Lance bailed out mid suit left firm . Lytal had his flunkie handle case . now Ivey is back . they may win your case but be prepared to get a small portion compared to thier expenses they generate in creating the illusion of progress.
When I called "Lake /Trey" 3 1/2 yrs ago he referred me to a woman he had "gone to law school with" who was not with their firm. She lost me over $100,000 as per another prominent lawyer because my employer's lawyer screwed me out of the money and didn't even recognize the blood clot I had after the hip surgery as part of the claim (but of course she said she could get me the money)..... long story but Trey should never have referred me to this women outside of their firm.
