I hired Kenan Vulic to do 3 jobs at my home. He completed the work to my complete satisfaction. One of the jobs other handymen were unable to complete successfully. Kenan left my home cleaner than when he entered. In addition Mr. Vulic was exceptionally personable. I give him my highest recommendation and will definitely use him again.

Memo was on time, professional and a pleasure to work with. I have since engaged him to do other jobs around my home. It is such a comfort for me to have a dependable, ethical person to work with.
They did a great job. The owner reached out quickly, and provided a quote for the job. We had water damage from a neighbor in our closet. Memo sent us options for keeping the cost down and materials we needed. Arrived on time, were professional and very expedient in completing the job. He detected some additional mold that the remediation company did not. Very honest and reputable company.
Owner, Memo, contacted us within an hour of inquiry. We had a bid almost immediately. We accepted the bid and set the install date within hours of initial contact. We had to replace our closet floor due to a neighbors leak, in our high rise building. After that, Memo sent me some suggestions for what type of products to order at Menards, for the job. M3 construction did a great job for us. They were responsive , professional and did a wonderful job. They were also reasonably priced. I highly recommend 3M construction for all Your flooring needs.
Really like the guy he was teaching us what to do to prevent the problems. Would definitely recommend
