I cannot express how much I appreciate the team at Mac Haik Killeen. More specifically Patrick and Shane. As soon as I talked to Patrick, he made sure that I was happy with the car through the whole process. Even though I was buying a 3 year old car, Patrick seemed to do what he could to make it as new as possible for me. Nice little lot with some good trucks & friendly staff. Not a ton of inventory here compared to their sister store in Temple but I liked what I saw. It’s right next to Rudy’s & easy access from the highway.
Update 03/29/22: Yes I got the car and referred my sister who got a car and she referred another person. Still haven’t gotten my referral check, but not only that if you have the sales person Lakesha, do not add her on fb. I posted a meme and she went OFF on me and also gave my number to her wife who text me threatening me. My experience was absolutely amazing. I spoke to Kody on the phone told him my situation. Kody got right too it… He immediately got with finance manager and discuss all possible options. Howard ( finance manager) was a rockstar!!! Both guys got the job done and I drove off the lot.You don’t meet great people all the time and they were amazing. Thank you!!!
