Caroline worked hard to match the other lenders we shopped during our home buying process. She was ultimately able to match the lowest offer we received, but there were a few hiccups along the way (accidental fees appearing on the quote, a few emails going unnoticed.) But she was able to correct all this and close the deal. Her professionalism was top-notch from start to finish.
