Bo has always been so informative and patient along the journey. This is the second time we went him since we were in a tight situation and Bo helped to choose the correct option to move forward. He is very knowledgable about loans and market changes, was even able to reduce the interest rate the last moment when the market responded positively. Brittany and her team is amazing! First Deal I have closed with her as an agent, the process was so smooth for me and the buyer, great communication great knowledge and shes creative on her loan packages.
