I had the pleasure of working with Bannen on my mortgage refinance. I started the process during a very busy time because rates were/are so low. Bannen was always available often exchanging texts with me well after regular office hours. He was always patient and professional. He was able to customize my refi to what I wanted (fees wrapped into the rate) and still beat out the competition. I'm loving all the money saving!

I was having a bad experience with one of the big national home loan companies. They kept coming up with new hurdles and several times the same one over and over again. They apparently don't share information from office to office. I finally gave up on them and contacted Bannen. I should have done this at the start!!! I refinanced my home through Fortress bank and Bannen was who helped me though out the whole process. I had lots of questions due to the fact it was my first time refinancing my home Bannen answered my questions in a very timely manner and I was very happy with the experience.
