Josh and team were quick to get all the approvals and were willing to talk me through different scenarios to see what works best for me. They worked hard to make sure I got the loan, and I am very appreciative. There were a lot of people involved and it felt like I was being passed around quite a bit so I was confused on who to contact for which questions and I felt the pre approval authorization was not very transparent.
