I had been looking for a new home in KC for about 4 weeks prior to looking in St Louis. I had a preapproval with another company in KC, but after a crazy amount of rejected bids (11) due to be overbid with cash offers, I was feeling pretty crushed. Once I started looking in St Louis, I was referred to you by Stacey Fish and in less then a week, I had a preapproval and a offer accepted on a house.
