Communication was excellent, quick response to questions I had. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured at any time. What got me most was the fact we started the pre-approval process late on a Saturday afternoon and she expedited the pre-approval letter and sent to my realtor the same day. The realtor contacted me at 10:30 that night that my offer was accepted. Excellent service!
