I didnâ??t meet with Tracy until the closing date and even then she didnâ??t come in until the end of it. Tracy was good with communicating what I needed and making sure we were on time for closing. From my experience with past mortgage companies, I had less interaction with Tracy. Could be because of Covid, but was a little disappointed she wasnâ??t there to answer my questions at the closing until the very last page.
