Right at the start Brent was enthusiastic, quick with responses and let me know that he was not a typical loan officer and that he works for his clients evening, weekends and whenever they need him. Justin was great to work with. He was very easy to communicate with during the whole process which our first home buying experience very easy and reassuring.
