My boyfriend and I moved here in February, and we absolutely love living here. We specifically worked with Courtney through the leasing process, and she is incredible. She constantly went above and beyond to make the move-in process smooth. Not only is she amazing but everyone on the team. It feels great to live at a place where the leasing team cares about the wellbeing of their residents. They host many community events to add a social component to apartment living! Madison Park has been an incredible place to live! We’ve been living here for a year now and just resigned for another year! Everyone is so kind and responsive from the office staff to the maintenance folks. Courtney and Andres are always smiling when we go to the office and we love participating in the monthly activities! Repair requests are completed quickly and the maintenance team are very nice when in our apartment. We are happy to be living here for another year!
The past few years I have lived in apartments ran by sub-par management teams but this changed moving here to Madison Park. We came from out of state and the front office was very accommodating on letting us view the property and helping us with any questions we had during the application process. Moving in was a breeze and ever since then there have been no complaints regarding the staff or the complex. It seems like my review was removed but I lived here for a few years. Sadly I had to move out because they refused to deal with an issue around thier trash cans and one which was directly in front of my apartment. It was constantly overflowing and collecting dumped messes around it. If you don't live near a trash can you're probably okay. There will always be a trash issue at thier dumpsters. I drive by this place every day for work and it's STILL an issue by the dumpsters years later.
Very amazing place ! They really take care of their tenants, make it a fun and enjoyable experience however they can, and they are just kind and wonderful people! 10/10 recommend
