I use this color but recently not happy. The quality of color went down. It comes out quickly . Sometimes it does not give good results as it used to be.

Came in for a grey cover-up and color correction recently and was very happy. Blanca listened to my needs and immediately understood what I was looking to achieve. This is a no-frills salon but everyone is very nice and down to earth. If you don't want to pay extra for a blow-out, they have a station with products, brushes and a hair dryer so you can style it yourself at no charge. I have been going to this Summit location since they opened and could not be happier with the exceptional experience. Professionally run and managed, always spotless. The staff is beyond friendly. They make the visit peaceful and enjoyable. I utilize my membership and come back regularly. I chose this location over closer ones to my home specifically for the staff. Top notch.

What a waste of time. This was my first time here as I had seen ads for Madison Reed in years past and had seen this storefront while dining out in Summit. I walked in and the moment I sat down the technician was already dismissive saying "I needed to dry my hair." If my hair needed to be dried, then by all means share that information in your confirmation email prior to my visit.
