Great price. Good job. Salon is clean and well maintained . They offer coffee and tea while you wait which is very nice. Staff is professional and accommodating but not going to give you the gentle pampering experience you would get at a higher price point. ie tint all over your face and getting back soaked while getting your hair rinsed and not so gentle handling of your hair. First time going to a Madison Reed salon and I had also never used their products. I was lucky enough to get the store manager Lamont, who warmly and patiently figured out what I wanted, especially my preference for embracing , not covering grays. He also helped me understand things I was confused about on demi-permanent color and lowlights. We settled on some highlights followed by demi in mocha brown, and I am happy with it. Let me just say I was going to Bethesda and have been waiting for this location to open up. Finally had my appointment yesterday but it wasn't 100% I loved the staff asked questions and the atmosphere was fun with the music they were playing. I got a conditioning boost as I've done in the past but this was the first time I was asked what kind of boost. So A+ for that! Great service and location. Friendly and responsive staff. Hair color that covers my gray wotjout damaging my long thick curly hair. The salon is super clean, and spacious.

I had my hair colored for the first time at a new soon to be open salon on P Street NW. I participated in a Model Day. I couldn't be happier with my results. All the stylists were attentive and professional even though they weren't actually open. My hair looks great. The color suits me very well. The stylist chose and mixed my color by hand. My hair was soft and shiny. The color took 10 year off me.

This is my first review for Madison reed located in logan circle. I was so excited to see them open near me, I've been using their products for awhile and I love them, but I got disappointed when I found out they're not open yet. But I still want to give a four star review. The young lady Israel works there and explained to me the issue, the small encounter with the other staff they were very kind. So i'm gonna be patient, but I can't wait to become a regular. Hurry and Open
