I don't know why I waited so long. This place is fabulous. Very service oriented! I had the best experience And the head massage was so good! My color is perfect and you can style your hair after it's been colored and washed! They have everything you could ever want! Join the membership unlimited root touch up Freee! Can't beat that anywhere!

Always a happy client whenever I leave this color bar. I've been coming here for a few months for root touch ups and all over color. I've received services from 3 colorists and I was extremely satisfied with my most recent colorist. But first, I wanted to describe this specific location. It is located in the Veranda, which is a very busy shopping center. Dave n Busters is in the same shopping center, Sephora, TJ Maxx, restaurants like Yardhouse, and a movie theater. A five star experience! Today, Sunday 12/28, there was limited staffing. The amazing Justina, Simone and Chloe provided great customer service to all customers and made my time seem valuable. Also, my hair looks fabulous!!

Great staff!! I switched over from the WC location & am very happy so far. Staff are very friendly, professional & kind. They had limited staff when I was there for my appointment but the staff worked really well together to make sure each customer was taken care of. My colorist Brianna was excellent.

So happy this Concord location opened in April! The staff is phenomenal and so friendly. Now that o don't have to trek to Walnut Creek I am doing the membership. Only bummer is the music. Same tracks every time I come in. Switch up the music more regularly is my only reccomendation.

So I've been here a few times. I was alternating between here and Walnut Creek location but after two bad times in a row, I sadly won't be going back. I was excited when this location first opened because it gave an alternative to Walnut Creek. But the last couple of times have been a mess.
