i went in today to get a repair. mignon was so understanding and kind and she was happy to fix the issue without incident. I left feeling good and happy. everyone in the concord salon is very accommodating. carol

I love the service that I received at Madison Reed. Everyone was so kind and the atmosphere was relaxing. The consultation was very informative and I walked away so grateful for my hair transformation. Thank you to Mignon and the rest of the staff at the color bar. I can't wait to return!

Not a bad place to go but overpriced for the limited service. Atmosphere is nice and relaxing. The quality you get is what you pay for. I would probably lay go back if I was in a jam or just need a root touch up.

My daughter's hair dresser was unavailable to take the hot pink out of her hair for prom so we went to Madison Reed unaware that they normally do not do hair correction only color. However they understood our predicament and found a work around solution. It was perfect. My daughter's hair was her nice natural brown and it looked amazing at Prom. They saved the day for us and we were so grateful.

I have been going to Madison reed for a few months now. in concord. I've had Simone a couple of times and Hannah has been welcoming. Simone does a great job getting just what I ask for. Hannah and the girls always ask if customers are comfortabl, and are very willing to accommodate our needs. Its a great place to go if u want great color and staff.

I don't know why I waited so long. This place is fabulous. Very service oriented! I had the best experience And the head massage was so good! My color is perfect and you can style your hair after it's been colored and washed! They have everything you could ever want! Join the membership unlimited root touch up Freee! Always a happy client whenever I leave this color bar. I've been coming here for a few months for root touch ups and all over color. I've received services from 3 colorists and I was extremely satisfied with my most recent colorist. But first, I wanted to describe this specific location. It is located in the Veranda, which is a very busy shopping center. Dave n Busters is in the same shopping center, Sephora, TJ Maxx, restaurants like Yardhouse, and a movie theater.
