Jordan did an ok job cutting my hair but she isn't flexible and only can get you in on certain days. Doesn't work Tuesdays and Saturdays when I can come in. I called the salon and left a message but she didn't return my call. Not accommodating!
Unfortunately I was their for like 3 and 1/2 hours because my greys were not covered . I was just in for a root touch up , glaze and blow out ! When getting my hair blown out I saw all the grey in the front and the gentleman did put more color but then I had to not only stay longer but they decided to use a spray bottle , soap and rag to remove the color instead of me getting my hair wet . It was 3:30pm, sunny 100F outside. I was told to sit on the spot where the sun is visibly shining. I noticed that there was a spot open where it was shaded, but I just agreed thinking that it might be needed for someone who wants a blow up. and I noticed that there's a shade that could be pull down where I will be sitting.
