We always visit Maggie McFly's during our Virginia Beach trips. Huge menu, great food and drink selection. The restaurant usually is not very busy. We generally get seated right way. We were traveling over Thanksgiving in 2019 and ate at this location. They had a special Thanksgiving menu along with their regular menu. Everything was very good. First off, the food!! The food is always so flavorful and fresh!! You can really tell it's locally sourced. The drinks were decent as well, wide variety. The atmosphere is nice and perfect for a day date or night date. The service is really good!

I was very pleasantly surprised by Maggie's! Not gonna lie - the average Yelp rating had me a little nervous. A girlfriend recommended this for our monthly dinner outing. She had been a few times recently and raved about the extensive menu and the food, so we agreed to give it a try. As this occupies space attached to Lynnhaven Mall, there is a lot of parking. I've been to Maggie's a few times before and stopped going for a while due to having an unpleasant experience a couple of years ago. Since we were hungry and hadn't been in a while, we decided to return in hopes that things had improved. Since it was rainy, it wasn't busy at all and we were seated right away. Maggie's has a solid happy hour. On a good day you'll receive service with a smile and enjoy some well fried wings. Personally Happy Hour is the only time I'd dine with Maggie's. Their consistency isn't great and they always seem under staffed. It's a shame because dining at the mall is always my mind after shopping. Maggie's can be great for large groups and families because of their large menu. They also have a pretty good rotation of seasonal beers and incorporate local businesses in their menu. The food every time I've gone to Maggie Mcfly's has been great, as well as the drinks. The last time over there, I got the poke bowl and that thing was huge. It lasted me two days. I love the garlic fries they have as an appetizer they're super delicious. The service is always great and they're always open late so that me and my coworkers can go after we finally get off work. I also like that they have big booth seating areas because that's more comfortable.
