Sat on line for two hours (wish I was joking) Then one of their workers put other cars in front of mine saying they were here first (they weren’t) New owner. He fired all the good workers they had (I’ve been coming for years) and hired a bunch of confused people. Do your self a favor and never come here. Pictures of their lines
I have to say that this car wash went beyond my expectations. It was my first time being there. I went early in the morning with 4 cars ahead of me. I read earlier reviews about long wait time. However, it does not bother me because they took time with my car. It was not a rush job. You just have to time when you bring your car. Every cervices was clean. The customer service here is amazing! The wait is worth it, since the new owners took over everything has been at its best so far the clean is worth the price! It’s great how well the workers handle your vehicle like it’s their own. It’s a must try!! WELL DONE MR.BLUE!
So now 12/2024 New management they changed the name Mr Blue Car Wash The oil change guy Orlando said oil change was 39.99 because I just came to check n put two quarts in and a car wash so when he said that price I figured to get it the cashier was nice Marrisa but the whole staff was new and the oil change guy Orlando then said after he never said 39.99 it was 79 I was extremely upset I know for a fact I heard him say 30s even the nice cashier said I even told her that when I first reached inside by her ..the car wash grew ... read more
THIS CAR WASH WAS AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER! I've never had such a terrible experience in my life. The website clearly states that the Platinum Ceramic wash is $49.99, but when I arrived, they tried to charge me an extra $2 for an "SUV charge" and an undisclosed amount in taxes, bringing the total to a whopping $61.18! I was so furious that I ended up giving them a $5 tip, which I now deeply regret. To make matters worse, upon inspecting my car after I left, I discovered not 1 not 2 but MULTIPLE SCRATCHES!
