My fence was installed in Feb, 2021. We have an acre property. Did a great job no problems. Now fast forward we had a pretty bad wind storm that week fence didn’t go down - great job on installation. Called them to see if they would come check some weak spots. Nope they won’t go over 40 miles out due to gas. My fence was $25k and they are worried about gas. Guess I will be calling someone else. And as a realtor will think twice about recommendation.
Robert came out on 8-19-15 to give us an estimate on iron gates, fence work, and pergola repair. Since then, my husband was only able to reach him one time about work we wanted done. Since then, we have texted, called, etc, and he does not return calls! Talked to his wife, and she assured my husband that although Robert was busy, he WOULD call him back. NOTHING. Guess homeowners are not big enough customers for this company!!!
