RecommendedTechnician (Nathan) was prompt, very professional and informative. I liked that he took pics of what he discovered inside the unit (a dead mouse) and how patiently he explained that keeping with a maintenance contract would benefit me so I renewed mine. RecommendedI have been using Mahalo to maintain my heat/air for 18 years. I have never had any issues with them. Last year they replaced my system, and I couldn't be more pleased. Yesterday I had my first annual inspection. Troy the technician was very courteous , kind, and he took the time to answer all my many questions. Mahalo is a company that sells quality products and gives excellent service.
