they were very courteous and helpful
The operators don't provide a time that they will come do the work until between 3 and 5 pm the day prior, and the latest they will work is 3 PM. They will also charge $150 if you try to cancel, and the operator will attempt to browbeat you until you give up. The cleaning is also sub-par, even after you point out areas that need more focus, they don't do more than a quick wipe down. Over all I would recommend another service.
Too costly for results
My son and I were moving into the house and I asked that it be "scrubbed clean" I feel like what I got was a "quickie". I've since hired someone else to come in and clean agian. (get rid of cob webs, etc. still left.
The younger woman was excellent and very fast. The older woman was slow and I not as efficient as the younger woman. Also, the older woman did not speak English and I had to ask the younger woman to explain to the older woman what I needed done. This wasted some of my time.
I was not at home at the time of the service but my daughter advised me that the cleaning crew had arrived and that they were very courteous and detailed. That evening when I arrived at home I found a thoroughly clean home and I was very pleased with the job done!
