This was terrible experience
Very bad, and will make sure to tell everyone not to use.
Left a message to hire them and no one called back so I had to call them. They over charged for the lack of work that they do. The maids did not put things back where they were supposed to, threw things away. They did not clean everything well like they were asked to.
I was apalled with the job that they did. The floors were still dirty with scuff marks and black streaks which I was able to easily clean off. There was standing dust on fans and furniture. The sinks were wiped off, but not cleaned leaving obvious soap scum. They made no attempt to fix the problem, but said that they would send someone back out if I wanted them to. They did not even seem to care or try to offer any remedy when I expressed my severe dissatisfaction.
Cleaning was good, but my order was all mixed up. I wanted the main floor and 2 full baths cleaned. they put me down as 2 and 1/2 baths for cleaning. So my rate was way off, and I didn't get the cleaning that I thought I was getting.
Excellent cleaning and very easy to work with.
I had my initial cleaning done and there were a few things missed, however upon calling the company back they quickly scheduled a follow on cleaning a few days later. Super customer service. Thanks
I recently cancelled my service with Maid Brigade of Leesburg due to poor cleaning and I was attempting to go with another provider which I was unsuccessful. It appears to me that the goal of Maid Brigade is to get in and out as fast as possible and not focusing on the actual cleaning.
