This is my second time. Both times it was only part of the house (kitchen, dining room and patio room) The first time was excellent and so I tried again. This time it was just good, nothing special and there is a minimum price, so the gentlemen said they would do deep cleaning. I am satisfied but it was a perfunctory job. This was my first time using them, let me tell you... Amazing! Never had or used a cleaning service in my life, until about two weeks ago, and wasn't impressed with the service (Tidy). But with Maid Brigade of Pasadena, you can trust they will get it done. Easy services, communication was great, didn't feel like I was being bamboozled or anything like that. We’ve used Maid Brigade for about two years now. Their crew always does a thorough job, even when we can’t straighten up clutter before they come. They don’t mind our little dog around when they clean. Very professional and friendly. The service also offers flexible scheduling, easy communication with office management by text, and is very affordably priced, compared to what we used to pay our individual house cleaner, who we loved but retired.
