I never leave reviews, but I honestly hope this one doesn’t get removed before people are able to read this. I went out of town and was ensured that maid pro would be capable of cleaning my rental while I was gone. My mistake for trusting them! They flooded my house by leaving the water on when they left. Water was dripping for 3 days on my 2 month old brand new carpet! Not only that, we paid extra to have cupboards wiped out and the top of the fridge, but they did not do that either. I tried this company four times. Each time I was given excuses as to why things like basic dusting and vacuuming were left not done. The gal in the office never cared. Made excuses that the language barrier can be confusing? What?! I hurt my back in an automobile accident years ago and just wanted help with the basics. How is that hard to understand?
