Recommendedthis is the best thing that we did. Bri does a super fantastic job. the house smells clean in every room...the cute little things she does are just so cute. the way she folds the towels and the way she folds the ends of the toilet paper, we feel like we are in a hotel room. I was able to meet Bri today for the first time and I was impressed with her kindness and her work ethic. thank you for sending her to us, I think my husband did ask but we want her all of the time.......

RecommendedI am absolutely thrilled with my Pros, Carrie and Arljinda clean that they performed in my home. It was so clean, counters shiny, floor sparkling and didn’t reek of cleaner smells. I wandered from room to room in amazement how meticulously they cleaned and straightened. I’m excited to have them taking such great care of my home. I’m recuperating from breast cancer and am unable to do a lot of the things they accomplished for us, thank you so much👍👍😊😊

RecommendedOur first cleaning was on 7/24. I've hired other cleaning services before and didn't expect much different. I was tremendously surprised. Carrie and Jackie were the two ladies that cleaned our house. They were wonderful. I tried to find something wrong, but couldn't. My entire house sparkled. My house has never been so clean. Thank you MaidPro.
They did poor job, broke things, didn't even tell me about it. Being a new customer I thought they would call to see how the service was, they did not. I called Scott to Express my frustration and did not offer and resolution. Many things not done, or done very poorly. Terrible owner and company.

First, during the quoting process, you told us your home was average in current cleanliness, rating it 2 out of 5 (5 being worst). In reality, it was likely a 4. This resulted in the 7 manhour quote not being sufficient. To compensate, as you know, our cleaners worked an extra 2 manhours, AT NO EXTRA COST.
