RecommendedI paid Close to $500 With the tip for a 6 hour deep clean of my home. three girls came two were training and they explained to me that they were only there for two hours because I got three girls that was never explained to me I don't blame it on the girls cleaning but it was far far from a deep clean. Terrible service. The staff they sent did not have a clue how to clean properly-took the woman back to the room she "finished" and showed her twice where she completely missed dusting etc. and still didn't clean it! The man started in the bathroom and was finished in 10 minutes(all he did was the mirrors and counter top). Then he began using pledge on the floors!(We had to give them our pledge for the furniture cause they didn't have anything to dust with!!) We explained to use our Bona on the floors!. Jan 26 I applied to this company via messenger , and was instructed to call. I did as was told and spoke with a lady who stated I would receive a call for an interview. Next day I call again same response. I fb message , nothing. Finally called again for an answer, nonchalantly was told position was filled. No one got back to me and from a company that is always hiring, now there is no opportunity? Think of the candidates experience what the hiring team could do better to ensure a positive experience.
