Donna S. has been coming to my home for the last few years. She is a wonderful person who I trust completely to be in my home with my children. After Donna leaves my home is picked up and clean exactly how I've asked it to be done. The office staff have been very courteous and accomodating.
Maidpro has not come to do the job we are scheduled to have done on a biweekly basis 2 of the last 4 scheduled times. They do not have enough people to cover call ins when an employee does not show up so they are skipping scheduled cleanings, my home included. My wife gave birth on 11-3-2021. That means that when she was 8.5 months pregnant with a toddler at home and then again when she had a 1 week old to care for the company that we paid to have our home cleaned by, at the most important time possible did not do what we h... read more
