BEWARE, BEWARE, based on the other reviews, not all MaidPro franchisees are the same. The Manhattan location has substandard Cleaners. I requested One-Time Move-out detailed cleaning for an unoccupied 3bdr/2bath apartment. I reported and provided pictures to the franchisee of my dissatisfaction after the initial cleaning. Another Cleaner was sent to the home and did little more than the first. I have pictures and videos of food/spills still in the refrigerator and stove grease splatter on the door.
