Our nonprofit won a free cleaning, and it was amazing! Natasha helped set up our appointment. She was great to work with and prompt in communication. Our PRO was Cassie R, and she did a great job. She showed up ten minutes early; and she was prepared and professional. We had a few items we wanted cleaned in two different buildings. She finished those with time to spare, so she offered to do additional cleaning with her remaining time and left our place looking - and smelling - great!

I have had Maid Pro come once so far. I felt the customer service setting up the appointment felt personal. Cleaning person, Stefany, was on time, followed directions to called me to figure out where to go and followed listened well. She was thorough and tried to get everything done on my list. Stefany went above and beyond and a great relationship has started. So I recommend so far.

Stephanie and Alana were timely, personable and very thorough with our deep clean. We were completely at ease leaving our home during the cleaning and very wowed upon our return to our sparkling home. Our deep clean was awesome and we will be continuing with week maintenance cleanings.

We have had Britney and Tiana clean our home and both have been so wonderful. They have alleviated a huge stressor in our home with the diligent care they take in cleaning. We have 3 littles and our home is never “clean” but both of these ladies take the time to ensure the forgotten tasks of cleaning the appliances, cleaning windows and general organization get accomplished. Highly recommend!
