I have used their service for years. It has varied over time depending on the “pros” they sent. Some were great some were not. I dealt with it until yesterday - i had them on camera just talking at length then portions of the house weren’t even touched as they apparently ran out of time and worst of all they went out a door there was no reason for them to use and when they left they left it unlocked. We previously had MaidPro clean our home for several months. When we started to receive poor service, we cancelled our service. I thought we would give them one last try as we moved out of our home. It was a completely empty home so the priorities were clear (counters, floors, windows). I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the clean.
