Great service & pleasant staff We've been using MaidPro every 2 weeks for over a year now and all I need to say is "fantastic". It's such a pleasure to come home and know the place has been cleaned by someone that cares about it like it was their own home. Cleaning Brenda is our regular cleaner and she is wonderful. She does the most thorough cleaning and our house is impeccable by the time that she is done. We have a busy household with two kids and two dogs yet she never acts like it's too much.
Service Dannie did a wonderful job cleaning my house. I have been out of town for some time and wanted to come come to nice clean house. My House was spotless, Dannie mentioned she was thorough and she definitely was. Great job...and she was by herself..I was very happy!
Incredible attention to detail We gave MaidPro a try because the last company we used just wasn't cutting it. They seemed to go through the motions, doing the bare minimum to make the house "look" clean. The MaidPro team actually gets it clean. We're really happy with the service. We've tried several services in the Oakville/Burlington area and they are by far the best we've used.
Bi-weekly Clean MaidPro always does a great job. This time we had Jenaye and she did a wonderful job of cleaning our home right before Christmas. Thank you - we are always excited to come home on house cleaning day!
House cleaning Love Maid Pro - I am amazed with the job my professional from Maid Pro can achieve when she comes to clean. I don't think I could do the same with two days to clean. Best thing I have done for myself for as long as I can remember. So happy with Maid Pro and the lovely person they send to make my life better.
Hire them to clean my new condo. Dont know what they Did as there was dust on the light fixtures, dirt left on the floors, cabinet drawers still had dirt marks. Ask them to clean the walls and all we saw was streaks. When I phone to complain and report the Terrible clean I only got $150 off. They did offer to come back to clean But by then I was moved in and had boxes everywhere. Ended up having to pay for the worst clean ever! Would Never recommend them!!!!
Lack of Care & Quality Reading through the reviews, I expected more from this companys cleaning service. Perhaps they simply sent me their worst providers. Either way, extremely disappointing service over a couple of months and will not repeat. The cleaners routinely failed to clean key areas and when they did the quality left much to be desired. Poor attitudes from a couple of them as well, making me wonder why Im spending almost $200 bi-weekly when there are cheaper, better quality, providers out there. The attached pics w... read more
Horrible job and awful customer service I had a move out clean done with this Company and they did a horrible job. The floors were still dirty, the toilets were not cleaned and everything else I asked for was not done properly. I have used many cleaning companies in the past and I have never had such a bad experience. I took many pictures to show that the house was not cleaned.
